1. VERSAND
All goods are shipped with DHL. Delivery to packing stations and post offices is currently not possible . We usually ship within 24 hours if the item is in stock. If you order on a Saturday, Sunday or on holidays, we usually ship the goods on the next business day. The estimated delivery time from shipping you can see in the table below.

4. ZAHLUNGSMÖGLICHKEITEN
Wenn Sie in unserem Online-Shop einkaufen, können Sie aus den folgenden Zahlungsarten wählen: Wir akzeptieren Zahlungen per Paypal (Express oder Standard) und Kreditkartenzahlungen per VISA und MASTERCARD. Darüber hinaus haben einige Kunden andere lokale Zahlungsanbieter für verschiedene Länder. Alle Zahlungen über Paypal werden direkt von Paypal abgewickelt, während alle anderen Zahlungsarten über den Zahlungsanbieter MOLLIE abgewickelt werden.
5. UNZUSTELLBARE SENDUNGEN
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you and offer to ship the parcel again one time for free. Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be rebilled to the customer. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 6 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us directly at: sales@customradioshop.de
6. RÜCKSENDUNGEN
You can return items within a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods. Please always add a copy of your invoice and write down the reason of your return.
