As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the purchased goods (date of delivery), without giving any reason and without incurring any additional costs. Before returning any goods, we recommend using our withdrawal form.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, WUNDERBAR Custom Radio Shop will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

WUNDERBAR Custom Radio Shop will refund all payments within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method as for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned them.

You will not incur any fees for the refund. However, you are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
