Cookie Policy
Cookies are small bits of text sent by our servers to your computer or device when you access our services.
They are stored in your browser and later sent back to our servers so that we can provide contextual content.
Without cookies, using the web would be a much more frustrating experience.
We use them to support your activities on our website. For example, your session (so you don't have to login again) or your shopping cart.
Cookies are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current activity on our website (the pages you have
visited), your language and country, which enables us to provide you with improved services.
We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer
better site experiences and tools in the future.
Here is an overview of the cookies that may be stored on your device when you visit our website:
| Category of Cookie | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
|

Note that some third-party services may install additional cookies on your browser in order to identify you. You may opt-out of a third-party's use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page. The website will still work if you reject or discard those cookies. |

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser's Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
We do not currently support Do Not Track signals, as there is no industry standard for compliance.
Microsoft Clarity
After your consent to optional analytics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) for heatmaps and session recordings, including page views, clicks and scrolling. Form inputs are masked. Account, cart and payment pages are excluded from this integration.
Clarity may set _clck and _clsk cookies to associate visits
and sessions. This integration does not grant advertising consent.
Without your consent, the Clarity script is not loaded.
Disable Clarity independently with the analytics switch in the
cookie settings, or reject all optional cookies
in the banner. Clarity recording then stops. The individual choice is stored in
w_clarity_analytics_consent_v1 for up to 180 days.
OpenAI Conversion Tracking / Automatic Advanced Matching (AAM)
With your explicit marketing consent, we use the OpenAI Measurement Pixel to measure and attribute our advertising in ChatGPT. Without consent, the external OpenAI script is not loaded and measurement and automatic advanced matching (AAM) remain blocked. Consent is optional and is not required to use our shop. The banner's accept button grants it; OpenAI can subsequently be disabled independently in the cookie settings.
After consent, OpenAI may receive technical browser/device information, IP address, visited pages, timestamps and ad attribution identifiers. AAM can detect supported customer information on the website. Identifiers such as email, phone number and first/last name are normalized and SHA-256 hashed in the browser. These hashes are pseudonymous personal data, not anonymous data. Supported location details such as country, city, region or postal code may also be processed. Our integration does not explicitly pass passwords, payment details or free-text messages.
We measure successful additions to the cart, completed purchases and successfully submitted contact requests. Event data contains product identifiers, quantities, amounts and currencies, together with a random or pseudonymous event identifier to prevent double counting; contact fields and message text are not part of these event payloads. On the order confirmation, the SDK runs directly in the page after consent. AAM may detect customer and address information displayed there and process it as described above; there is no technical isolation from that page content.
The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where information is stored or accessed on your device, Section 25(1) TDDDG. The recipient is OpenAI; processing outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States, may take place. OpenAI's privacy information and conversion terms linked below explain the relevant entities, international transfer safeguards, retention and data-subject rights.
The Pixel may store __oppref for up to 30 days and __obref for up to
365 days. OpenAI stores consent information as __oaiq_consent and
oaiq_consent. Our additional choice is stored as
w_openai_marketing_consent_v1 for up to 180 days. Browsers may shorten these periods.
Cookie lifetimes do not specify OpenAI's server-side retention.
Withdraw consent in the cookie settings by unchecking OpenAI or choosing “Only essentials”. Measurement permission is revoked immediately, further measurement events are blocked and attribution cookies are removed. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or automatically delete previously transmitted data. Account, cart, address and payment pages remain excluded; only the authorized order confirmation is enabled for purchase measurement. Signed-in customers may be measured on eligible shop pages after consent. Internal employees and test environments are excluded.
